• Smoking is permitted only on porches of cabins.
• 5.00 per night for each additional person over rated occupancy.
• 30.00 to 75.00 one time set up and linen fee
• A deposit of 50% is required within two weeks to secure your reservation.
• All cancellations 14 days or less prior to check-in date will be charged for all reserved days if the cabin is not re-rented.
• Your down payment will be applied to your departure date first and refundable only if the cabin is re-rented for the same time as your reservation, less a 15% handling fee.
• All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed.
• Cash, check, Visa or MasterCard accepted.

• Full payment is due two weeks prior to check in.
• A security deposit of $200.00 (on a credit card authorization) is required one week prior to check-in and refundable within 30 days of departure, less any damage or monies due.  Roan Mountain Rentals reserves the right to change this amount.
• Cancellations are subject to a 25.00 fee (Sorry, no refund made for early departure)
• Firewood available at cabins with fireplace
• Check-In 3:00pm to 7:00pm
• Check-Out by 11:00am
